Our Mission

Orphaned and abandoned children suffer the worst kinds of fates — intense poverty, starvation, homelessness, abuse, exploitation.  Their extreme vulnerability is taken advantage of or ignored on a daily basis.  They are begging for our help.

Dedicated to the premise that every child is a gift from God and should be cherished, the International Orphans Foundation (IOF) rescues impoverished orphans from the hostile streets and shows them the love of God.  All of our efforts are orphan-centered.

Our mission has five goals:

• We rescue impoverished orphans from the streets and show them God’s love.
• We support the local church by using native missionaries as the Home Parents to maintain the orphans’ culture.
• We cultivate a small, family-style environment to create an alternative to the large, impersonal orphanages.
• We are cost-effective in all our efforts in order to maximize the orphans’ benefits.
• We are committed to having 100% of your sponsorship donations go directly to the orphans.
